The information on louisvillecustombuiltins.com is provided by Louisville Custom Built-Ins for general information only. Please read the notes below before relying on anything you find here.
General Information, Not Professional Advice
Our pages describe construction methods, materials, finishes, hardware, building code requirements, and typical features of Louisville-area homes. This information is general and may not apply to your home. Building codes are adopted and enforced locally and change over time, and every house is different. Nothing on this site is engineering, electrical, legal, or code-compliance advice for your specific project. For work that affects structure, wiring, plumbing, gas, fireplaces, or historic properties, consult the appropriate licensed professional and your local building or planning office.
Prices and Timelines
Price ranges and timelines on this site describe typical projects. They are not quotes or guarantees. Your price is set only in a written, itemized quote after we measure your space and you approve the design, and your schedule depends on the project’s size, materials, and any changes along the way.
Photographs
Some photographs on this site are representative of the type and style of work we do and may not show our own completed projects. Photos presented as our completed projects show work by our team.
Project Descriptions
Project examples are summarized, and client names and exact addresses are left out for privacy. Your project will be designed and priced for your own space.
Products and Brands
This site mentions products and brands such as hardware, appliances, and televisions to explain how we build. Those names and trademarks belong to their owners. A mention does not mean the manufacturer endorses us, or that we are paid to recommend it.
Links to Other Websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
No Agreement Until It’s in Writing
Contacting us, sending photos, or receiving a design does not create an agreement to perform work. A project begins only when you accept a written quote and pay the deposit.
